Are you interested in Boating internationally? LEYC can now assess for the ICC.

A valid International Certificate of Competence is often required for cruising Europe’s inland waters.

To validate your ICC (International Certificate of Competence) for inland waters you must take the CEVNI test, (French for "European Code for Navigation on Inland Waterways) which checks your knowledge of the rules and signs that skippers of pleasure craft are expected to know and follow. Powerboat Level 2 automatically provides an exemption to the International Certificate of Competence
